I was born in Amarillo, Texas in 1961. (Yes, now you can figure out my age.) I accepted Christ at an early age and desire to live every day for Him.
In the summer of 1971, after the death of my parents, I went to live with an aunt and uncle in Big Spring, Texas. We then moved to Moore, Oklahoma where I finished school, met and married my husband Dean, and lived for several years.
We desired to raise our children in a smaller town so we moved to the country. We finished raising our children outside of Lexington, Oklahoma.
Over the years I've worn many hats such as Deacon's wife, President of the local and district Women's Auxiliary groups, Director and teacher of Vacation Bible School, Sunday School teacher, and Women's Retreat orginizer and speaker.
I have also held several positions in the working world which include full-time wife and mother, bank teller, makeup artist, volunteer director, school secretary and registrar, and software representative.
I have enjoyed writing poems for many years then undertook the emotional task of writing a book. I truly love to share my faith, encouragement, and story with others. God has blessed me so richly and I want to give Him praise before man.

In July I was blessed with the opportunity to speak at the WNAC (Women Nationally Active for Christ) Luncheon. I have just received some CD's of that message if anyone is interested in hearing it. You can contact me through the Contact Me page.
